A low-viscosity, precisely-mixed two-component resin is deposited into a gasket groove, where the chemical reaction doubles its volume-creating a perfect recessed seal without heat or adhesives. Typical applications would be resealable watertight gaskets for electronic and automotive parts and consumer appliances.

Two-component thixotropic resins are dispensed onto a flat surface. Their chemical reaction doubles the volume of the resin mixture and provides excellent adhesion to substrates. With a six-minute setup time and 60 minutes to fully cold cure, it’s perfect for seals in automotive housings or electrical enclosures.



Seal Tech dispenses nema 4 gaskets on polished surfaces for later application at your plant.
Two-component thixotropic resins are dispensed onto a polished aluminum sheet. After 60 minutes the gaskets are removed from the sheets and allowed to cure for 24 hours before shipping the seamless Nema 4 gaskets to the customer to be glued onto their electrical enclosure doors.
